TICKET PURCHASING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Everyman Records terms & conditions of ticket purchasing

 

WASA!® bookings and ticket purchasing is managed by Everyman Records. By placing a booking through Everyman Records you agree to the following terms:

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable without exception, so please choose carefully.

  • Lost tickets are not replaceable - no exceptions - it is the purchaser's responsibility to look after their tickets once they have received them.

  • If collecting tickets instore, please allow 24 hours (48 hours on weekends) for us to process your tickets.

  • When placing an order with us, you will receive an automated email. This is only a confirmation that we've received your order - not a confirmation that your credit card has been charged and accepted. You will receive a second email from us when your tickets have been processed and your credit card has been charged.

  • We will notify you by email if we have any problems with your credit card, so please supply us with an email address that you check regularly.

  • Ticket prices are shown on the details page for each event on the WASA!® website. Please note a booking fee of $2.00 per ticket is charged by Everyman Records over and above the advertised event ticket price.
