From the businesses and organisations who contacted us when the event was first announced, offering their support and public speaking opportunities, to the people who immediately volunteered their services and responded to the festival concept with enthusiasm, bright ideas and humour. One couple even volunteered to artistically restore an old toilet and call it a WASA!® crappa!
Become a WASA!® volunteer
If you want to help the spread of creativity and healthy expression throughout the community and have fun, talk to us about becoming a WASA!® volunteer. We have a range of fun opportunities available for volunteers. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Volunteers 14-17 years old must be accompanied by an responsible adult who will doing the same volunteer task.
