This wildly innovative enviro cyclist took balance, cartage and environmental inspiration to a whole new level as he silently glided away with his stall from the Nelson Saturday Market using nothing but the calories from his breakfast and the smile on his face.
And that breakfast was based around eggs from my chooks, wild bacon from the wild food stall, and fruit from my garden and local growers...
A lot of calories also came from the electric-assist system that I use called StokeMonkey. It allows me to haul more gear with more energy efficiency. It is ecologically light years ahead of any car running on any alternative fuel...!
Thanks for the photo!
